HOW TO MEASURE FOR THE RIGHT COLLAR
A well-fitting collar keeps the AirTag holder sitting flat and stops it swinging or snagging. Grab a soft tape measure (or string and a ruler) and follow the steps below.
- 1Have your dog stand up — measurements taken while lying down come out too small.
- 2Wrap a soft tape measure around the base of the neck, where the collar naturally sits (just above the shoulders).
- 3Keep the tape snug but not tight, then note the number in centimetres.
- 4Two-finger check: you should be able to slide two fingers flat between the tape and the neck.
- 5Add 2–3 cm to your measurement and pick the size range it falls into. If you're between sizes, size up.
